Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Associate based in Reading.
This role is on a 6-month contract basis and is hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite and the remainder working remotely.

The Role
This role is for a dynamic HR Associate—someone organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact. You’ll be customer-focused and committed to delivering a high-quality HR support service.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing HR-related queries through internal systems and ticketing platforms.
Supporting employees and stakeholders through Microsoft Teams and screen-sharing sessions.
Processing and maintaining accurate HR records and data.
Assisting with learning and development-related enquiries.
Using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Supporting project-based activities as well as business-as-usual HR administration.The Individual:
Proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
Experience using HR software and systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent data entry and record management skills.
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Good planning and organisational abilities.
