We are looking for an ambitious ECM and public M&A lawyer to join the highly regarded London corporate team of a UK firm, working with listed and private companies, shareholders, investment funds, financial institutions and international businesses on complex UK and cross-border transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a 3-6 PQE lawyer with strong experience in equity capital markets, public company work and M&A to join a broad, high-quality practice.
The team handles UK and international transactions across Europe, the US, Asia, Australia, Canada, Spain and the Middle East. The sector base is broad, with particular experience across TMT, financial services, pharma, technology, mining, oil and gas, energy and high-growth businesses.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- 3-6 years’ PQE gained at a leading corporate practice.
- Strong ECM and public company experience
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
