Description
The Finance Assistant's responsibilities include:
Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments and receipts.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
Support the team with budget monitoring and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Support the preparation of year-end accounts and audit processes.
Help improve financial processes and procedures for greater efficiency.
Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team on various projects.Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Experience in processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
