The Role
You will manage your own caseload of buy-to-let and residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with landlords, investors, lenders and introducers.
The role offers exposure to a variety of transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, refinancing, bridging finance and development-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
* Handling buy-to-let purchases, sales and remortgages.
* Liaising with landlords, investors, lenders and brokers.
* Providing clear and proactive client communication.
* Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance standards.
* Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
* Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.
Package
* Salary £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
* Buy-to-let conveyancing experience highly desirable.
* Knowledge of landlord, investor and lender transactions.
* Experience with bridging or development finance advantageous.
* Strong organisational, communication and client care skills.
* Ability to manage files efficiently and deliver excellent service.
