We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Welder Fabricators to join our growing team in Walsall. This role involves working with a variety of materials and requires experience in both MIG and TIG welding processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality fabrications in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG and TIG welding on a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
* Interpret and work from technical drawings and fabrication instructions
* Assemble and fabricate components to a high standard
* Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets required specifications
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience working with multiple materials
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Flexible approach to working shifts
* Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications (preferred but not essential)
