What You'll Be Doing:
* Plan and deliver exciting, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Key Stage 1.
* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom where students feel motivated and engaged.
* Assess children's progress and use feedback to continually adapt and improve your teaching strategies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practices to ensure the best outcomes for your students.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 1.
* Passion for teaching, with the ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
