Our client is a respected name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have a busy client base in the South East of England. They are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Water Hygiene Engineer to join their friendly and professional team. On a daily basis, you will be conducting pre-planned compliance duties, including: showerhead descales, basic outlet flushing, tank cleans and sampling/monitoring. Our client is known for investing in their engineers, with excellent training and development schemes. Experience / Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit
* Conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Experience using a PDA to complete reports
* Able to work independently on site
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Hardworking attitude
The Role:
* Showerhead descales
* TMV servicing and failsafe checks
* Flushing on little used outlets
* Acid descales
* Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
* Updating site logbooks and producing regular service reports
* Working to agreed project timescales
* Maintaining high levels of customer service
