Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Repair and service vehicles, including complex diagnostics
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic checks using advanced equipment
Liaise effectively with service advisors, customers, and management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Inspect vehicles for wear and general faults, ensuring repairs meet DVSA standards
Carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions as a Diagnostic Technician
Assist junior team members as required, supporting the workshop’s productivity and quality standardsRequirements:
Formal automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Proven experience as a diagnostic technician within a professional automotive environment
Current valid UK driving licence
Own set of tools suitable for a diagnostic technician role
MOT licence is desirable but not essential
