Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias wanted to join a stable and growing manufacturing company in Milton Keynes
Key Responsibilities
Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of production equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery
Breakdown Response: React promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain production flow
Planned Preventive Maintenance Activities: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance
Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
PLCs fault-finding
Competitive Salary: £50,000 to 55,000 per annum

The successful Maintenance Engineer will be
Multi-skilled with an electrical bias
Background in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential
Confident with both planned and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced environment
Experience with PLCs and continuous improvement initiatives is desirable
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
