Location: Office Based - Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, Germany
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 11am - 4pm - flexible with combination of hours but must be able to work in office on a Friday

German Customer Services Coordinator Role Overview:
We’re recruiting a German-speaking Customer Services Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team supporting UK & Central Europe customers. You’ll play a key role in managing orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
German Customer Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
Process sales orders accurately within tight deadlines
Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners
Prepare export and shipping documentation
Track and resolve customer queries via CRM (HubSpot)
Ensure orders are dispatched on time with correct paperwork
German Customer Services Coordinator Experience, Skills & Attributes:
Previous customer service / order processing experience
Fluent German (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
CRM experience (HubSpot desirable)
