SALES / VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Preston
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm - No Weekends
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary 1-2 Month Contract

Are you an experienced Administrator / Sales Administrator / Vehicle Administrator looking for a new opportunity with no weekend working?
We're recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to join a busy automotive environment in Preston, supporting the sales and vehicle administration process.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with invoices, Excel, data entry and general administration, with dealership or automotive administration experience highly desirable.
However, if you've got strong administration experience from another industry and are confident working with systems, spreadsheets and financial documentation, we'd still love to hear from you.

THE ROLE
As a Sales / Vehicle Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the sales and vehicle operations team, ensuring paperwork, invoicing and vehicle records are accurate and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Processing vehicle sales administration
·Preparing and processing invoices
·Managing vehicle-related documentation
·Updating internal systems and databases
·Inputting and maintaining accurate vehicle and customer information
·Using Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets, reports and data management
·Checking paperwork for accuracy
·Processing orders and ensuring documentation is completed correctly
·Liaising with internal departments to resolve administration queries
·Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative requirements
·Maintaining accurate records and filing
·Ensuring all administration is completed within required timescales
·Carrying out general office administration as required
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who has:
·Previous experience in an administration role
·Strong attention to detail
·Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
·Experience dealing with invoices and financial/admin documentation
·Accurate data entry and record keeping
·Good organisational and time-management skills
·Excellent written and verbal communication
·The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
·A professional and reliable approach
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE?
Dealership or automotive administration experience is highly desirable, particularly experience within sales, vehicle administration, invoicing or aftersales.
However, automotive experience isn't essential.
If you've worked in administration within another industry and have strong Excel, invoicing, data entry and organisational skills, your experience will be considered.
