About the Company

The Role
You will be working as a Machine Operator / Minding Operative, supporting the rotational moulding process. No machine setup required, your role focuses on operating, monitoring, and minding machinery to ensure smooth production.
Key Duties
Operating and minding rotational moulding machinery
Monitoring product quality throughout the shift
Loading/unloading moulds and materials
General production duties as required
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working effectively as part of a hands-on team
Shifts & Pay
Days: Monday–Thursday, 6am–6pm
Weekly earnings of £650 including shift allowance
Nights: Monday night–Friday morning, 6pm–6am
Weekly earnings of £734 including shift allowance
Overtime:
Fridays 6am–2pm
Paid at 1.3x hourly rate
All shifts paid in full (12 hours).
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, hardworking individuals
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
Full training is provided
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
