Teach Now is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (EHCP Support) to join a nurturing and inclusive primary school in Fulham. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a pupil throughout the school day by implementing strategies outlined in their EHCP and helping them engage positively with learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
• Supporting academic, social and emotional development
• Implementing EHCP targets and personalised support strategies
• Delivering interventions and targeted learning activities
• Building positive relationships with staff, parents and external professionals
• Monitoring progress and contributing to pupil reviews
• Promoting independence, confidence and engagement in learning
Requirements
• Essential experience supporting pupils with SEN, Autism and EHCPs in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs
• Excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• Calm, patient and resilient approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff and external agencies
• Commitment to supporting inclusion and positive outcomes for all pupils
