The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Installation Project Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Andover. A significant part of the role is spent on site, attending live installations to make sure the fitting team is working safely and to the required quality standard.
Responsibilities as an Installation Project Coordinator:
Plan and schedule the installation programme, allocating fitting teams and determining the number of vehicles required.
Book installation dates with clients and confirm site readiness ahead of each job.
Coordinate deliveries so that products, fixings and components arrive at site on time.
Manage changes to the schedule caused by delays, snags or client requests, keeping all parties informed and minimising downtime for the fitting teams.
Ensure installations are carried out safely and in line with company health & safety policy, RAMS and site rules.
Requirements
Previous experience coordinating or supervising installations, fit-outs or similar project based delivery environments.
Strong scheduling and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple installations running in parallel.
A good practical eye for quality and finish, and the confidence to hold a fitting team to the required standard.
Willingness and ability to travel to and attend sites regularly across the UK.
Excellent communication skills, able to deal professionally with clients, fitters and other trades on site.
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
Monday – Friday (must have flexibility to work occasional weekends)
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Varied working hours due to nature of role
