In this role you will be hand on working on the service repair and maintenance of specialist machinery alongside leading a small team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the service & maintenance of agricultural, REME, construction, plant (or similar) machinery & also be able to motivate and lead a small passionate & high performing team.

The Role:
* Workshop Engineer - Site based in Andover
*Hands on role + workshop operations duties & supervision of a small team
*Service, Maintenance, repair & diagnostics of specialist machinery (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Engines etc.)
The Person:
*Mechanical service & maintenance background with leadership / supervisory experience in a similar role
*Transferable industries, REME, Plant, Construction, agricultural, mobile, service, and heavy lifting machinery / equipment etc.
* Looking for a long-term secure workshop based role with a company who value & continually upskill & progress their employees through the business
*Live commutable to Andover
