The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will become part of a highly regarded cost management team delivering major projects across London and the wider UK. The Project Quantity Surveyor will support a range of high-profile schemes, providing full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for major clients.
Day to day, the Project Quantity Surveyor will assist with cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, contract administration, valuations, variations, and final accounts. The Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with senior team members while also taking ownership of key project responsibilities and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role offers the Project Quantity Surveyor excellent exposure to complex projects, structured career progression, and the opportunity to develop within a leading consultancy environment.
The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
Strong pre and post contract experience
Working towards MRICS or keen to achieve chartership
Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
Professional, confident, and client-facing
Commercially aware with strong communication skills
