Key duties and responsibilities:

* Raise and process complex customer invoices

* Review documentation and ensure correct accounting treatment/coding

* Maintain financial records across multiple systems

* Process journals where required

* Support month-end activities

* Perform credit control

* Resolve invoicing and finance queries with budget holders and operational teams

* Produce audit trails and supporting documentation

Skills and experience:

* Proven experience in a finance, accounts, or accounting support role

* Good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting postings

* Strong Excel skills

* Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
