The School and Role
On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly school in Spennymoor, DL16. Working as part of an established team, the Teaching Assistant will be supporting children with additional needs in the new SEN support hub. The needs of the child includes Autism ad ADHD. The role would be 5 days a week, 8.30am – 3.30pm. Experience working with children with SEND would be essential. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
Experience of working with primary school aged children
Experience of working with pupils with SEND
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
An ability to work as part of a team
