Just Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established and growing business in Witham in their search for an Order Process Administrator.

You will be responsible for processing and orders, confidently reading dimensions from drawings with a keen eye for detail to ensure the product is produced with a right first time approach.

Working in a customer service orientated industry with a positive 'can do' attitude. To assist and help the customer service team with general administrative duties.

Duties include:

Processing customer orders and quotations received via email using the bespoke software.
Liaising with customers to ensure their requirements are achievable.
Liaising closely with internal departments to schedule planning, production and transport in line with customer installation programmes.
Proactive response to answering the telephone within 3 rings.
Enthusiastic attitude to deal with and resolve customers' queries or issues promptly.
