The business prides itself on building long-term partnerships with customers, vendors, and brokers. As an Asset Finance Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business, developing existing accounts, and driving profitable growth across the portfolio.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activities
* Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, vendors, and brokers
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue streams
* Qualify leads and convert opportunities into profitable finance agreements
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems
* Record all customer interactions and sales activity effectively
* Ensure all activities are conducted in line with FCA regulations and company compliance procedures
* Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience within Asset Finance, Commercial Finance, Leasing, Invoice Finance, Motor Finance, or Broker Sales
* Proven track record of generating leads, winning new business, and achieving sales targets
* Strong business development and account management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
* Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the finance market
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Highly organised with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system
* Ambitious and committed to building a long-term career within the asset finance industry
