Package and Benefits
* Average monthly commission of £1,000–£1,500
* Full training provided
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | One day per week 9:00am–5:30pm

Job Role
* Making outbound calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt
* Speaking with customers to understand individual circumstances and supporting the collection of outstanding payments
* Building positive rapport and maintaining professional relationships with business customers
* Handling potentially sensitive conversations confidently while balancing empathy with assertiveness
* Negotiating appropriate outcomes and working towards successful resolutions
* Sending emails and relevant correspondence and following up with customers where required
* Updating and maintaining accurate information on the internal database
* Managing customer queries professionally and working closely with the wider team to support account activity
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrating previous experience within a similar role or possessing strong transferable customer service skills from retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
* Possessing excellent verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with customers over the telephone
* Demonstrating strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance empathy and assertiveness
* Building rapport naturally and creating a positive first impression
* Demonstrating resilience and remaining professional during challenging or sensitive conversations
* Possessing strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills
* Maintaining professionalism across all forms of communication
