We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office & Business Support Administrator in our client's Northampton office.

This is a varied officebased role where you will be joining a company with an outstanding reputation for developing its

people and delivering exceptional client service.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, supporting the smooth running of the office, and providing admin assistance across multiple departments.

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support to the office
Covering front of house reception
Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
Meeting and greeting office visitors
Helping with internal and external events
Ensuring a great client experience with both in-person visitors and telephone contact with clients and suppliers
Assisting with general office upkeep
Undertaking relevant project work as requiredAbout you

You'll be a proactive office administrator who enjoys being organised and who takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You'll also have:

Previous administration or office support experience within a busy environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive, flexible and team-oriented approach.
Experience with CCH or IRIS Docs would be an advantage but isn't essential.
