Hybrid (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH)
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Win new business through proactive business development, networking, referrals and outbound sales activity.
* Take detailed job briefs and consult with clients on hiring needs, market conditions and recruitment strategy.
* Source, attract, screen and interview suitable candidates for temporary, contract and permanent vacancies.
* Write and advertise compelling job adverts across relevant platforms.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate registration, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback, offer management and onboarding support.
* Deliver a high quality candidate experience through regular communication, interview preparation, CV guidance and ongoing support.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates and vacancies.
* Keep the CRM and internal systems fully up to date with accurate notes, compliance records and pipeline activity.
* Ensure all recruitment activity is completed in line with company processes, compliance standards and relevant legislation.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to share leads, market insight and best practice.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within recruitment and/or sales.
* A confident communicator with the ability to build credibility quickly.
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
* A proactive approach to business development.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
* A resilient mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
* A team player who brings energy, positivity and accountability.
* Comfortable using recruitment systems, LinkedIn, job boards, databases and Microsoft Office.
