CNC Turner duties include:
* Programme, set and operate a Mori Seiki CNC lathe
* Create and develop CNC programmes directly on the machine using Fanuc controls
* Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all work
* Maintain machine cleanliness, tooling condition and safe working practices
* Interpreting project blueprints and engineering specifications
Skills and attributes required by successful candidate for the role of CNC Turner:
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Programme, Set and Operate)
* Strong capability with Fanuc controls and Mori Seiki machinery
* Flexibility with milling is advantageous
* A real team player, with pride in one’s work and a desire for success
* Able to work under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
Location: Willenhall, West Midlands
Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 12:30pm Friday
Salary: £18 per hour x 39-hour week - negotiable dependent upon experience
