Key Responsibilities for Senior Lettings Coordinator
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships
* Coordinating property maintenance and contractor works
* Maintaining accurate records and tenancy documentation
* Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and internal procedures
* Processing tenancy documentation
* Assisting with general administration
* Supporting and guiding team members where required

Experience:
* Renting Homes Act 2016: 1 year (required)
* Lettings: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification & Skills:
* Driving License (required)
* Rent smart Wales certificate (required)
