The Opportunity
We're working with a growing and ambitious courier business based in Bradford who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive growth across West Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a business with strong operational backing and real scope to make an impact.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships, and expanding the company's presence across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across West Yorkshire
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Maintaining an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (courier/logistics experience is advantageous but not essential)
A strong track record of winning new business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously
Full UK driving licence
