Pay rate: £13.45 an hour

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9AM to 6PM

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Mail Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring accurate delivery of mail to the appropriate departments
Operating mailroom equipment efficiently and safely
Collaborating with team members to maintain a tidy and organized workspace
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Detail-oriented with a knack for organization
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and willing to take initiative
Excellent communicators who can work effectively with various teamsQualifications:

Previous experience in a mailroom or logistics is a plus, but not essential
Basic IT skills to navigate mailroom software and equipment
Ability to lift and carry mail packages (up to 25kg)
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
