Our client, a small, friendly team based in Chingford is seeking an enthusiastic Order Processing Administrator to join their vibrant team on a temporary contract for 4 weeks, you must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while honing your administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaise with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
Maintain and update order tracking systems, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Provide outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.
Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation related to order processing.
