We're looking for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a busy construction team on a project based in Enfield, North London.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially strong QS looking for their next freelance assignment.
The Role:
Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
Valuations, variations and cost reporting
Procurement and subcontractor packages
Monitoring project costs and commercial performance
Working closely with the Project Manager and site teamRequirements:
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Confident managing subcontractors and variations
Able to work independently and hit the ground runningLocation: Enfield, North London
Rate: £340 per day
Contract: Freelance
