The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Network Repair Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving customer issues and restoring connectivity:
* Diagnosing and repairing copper and fibre faults on the Openreach network at customer premises
* Working at heights and within underground infrastructure
* Testing at multiple points across the network to identify and resolve faults
* Delivering high-quality service both independently and as part of a team
* Meeting performance targets and KPIs
* Following strict health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced professionals who can bring expertise, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset:
* Proven experience in a repair role on the Openreach network
* Strong knowledge of both copper and fibre fault diagnostics and repair
* A safety-first approach to all tasks
* Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying conditions
* Confident using smart devices and technology to follow complex instructions
* Organised with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
