Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with a successful and growing business on the outskirts of East Grinstead who are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied role providing reception, administration, facilities and Health & Safety support, with responsibility for helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role

As Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers
Answering incoming calls, managing post and providing general administrative support
Maintaining reception, meeting rooms and communal areas to a professional standard
Coordinating office facilities, maintenance, repairs and external contractors
Carrying out routine workplace inspections and identifying any maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues
Supporting Health & Safety and compliance administration, including maintaining records, arranging routine checks and inspections, and supporting incident reporting
Coordinating contractor access, waste disposal, recycling and general premises requirements
Assisting with meetings, training, staff events and new starter onboardingAbout You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and reliable, with a professional and approachable manner. Previous experience in administration, reception, facilities or a similar role would be beneficial.

You will be IT literate and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively. An awareness of Health & Safety and compliance requirements would also be advantageous.
