The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you a Senior Quality Engineer with manufacturing experience looking for a technically challenging role where you can lead quality improvements, drive root cause investigations and influence manufacturing standards?
On offer is a hands-on senior quality role where you will take ownership of quality processes, lead investigations into complex issues and work closely with engineering and production teams to implement improvements across the business.
This company is a well-established manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment supplying the utilities sector. They have a strong reputation for engineering excellence, quality standards and continuous improvement, and are looking for an experienced quality professional to support their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the manufacturing environment. This will include leading root cause analysis, managing corrective actions, supporting audits, analysing quality data and driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
This role would suit a Senior Quality Engineer or experienced Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a hands-on position where they can take ownership of quality improvements and make a significant impact within a respected engineering business.
The Role:
Lead quality investigations, audits and improvement activities across manufacturing
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventative measures
Analyse quality data and identify areas for process improvement
Support ISO compliance, internal audits and quality systems
Work closely with production, engineering and supplier teams to improve standards
Support inspection, CMM and calibration activities
The Candidate:
Senior Quality Engineer or experienced Quality Engineer within manufacturing
Strong background in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
Knowledge of CMM, calibration and inspection processes
Confident working cross-functionally with production and engineering teams
