The Role
Working as part of the commercial team, you will play an important role supporting clients and ensuring their accounts are managed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the administration of commercial insurance accounts
* Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
* Managing emails, correspondence and customer queries
* Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
* Assisting with policy updates, amendments and general account administration
* Providing excellent service and support throughout the customer journey
About you

* A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
* Proactive, positive and eager to learn
* Experienced in administration, customer service or a similar office-based environment
