Shift: 5:00am – approx. 3:00pm (6 days per week, Sunday off)
Location: Blackburn (BB1 area)
Pay: £15 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Milk Processor to join our dairy production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring milk processing is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring milk processing equipment
* Working with a plate heat exchanger for pasteurisation and cooling processes
* Carrying out CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures correctly and safely
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met at all times
* Monitoring production flow and reporting any issues
* Maintaining cleanliness of all processing areas
Requirements
* Experience in food production or dairy processing preferred
* Knowledge of plate heat exchangers and CIP systems is essential
* Food hygiene / food safety qualification (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
* Ability to work early shifts and long production hours
* Reliable and punctual
