The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team, acting as a key point of contact for clients and customers. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing a professional and empathetic service.

This dynamic position includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

Maintaining professional communication with customers, insurers, and colleagues nationwide

Efficiently reviewing and updating data on both internal systems and client portals

Skillfully scheduling, managing, and reviewing appointments in a timely manner

Safely handling sensitive data related to customer claims

Providing regular updates on the progress and timescales of claims/contracts

Effectively addressing and resolving queries and complaints

Updating the customer service database and generating reports for management
