We are recruiting experienced Uk based Quantity Surveyors to support Data Centre construction in Skellefteå, Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a large-scale data centre project, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to control costs, manage contracts and maximise value.
We will cover the cost of flights, accomodation and also provide you with €1000+ monthly allowance to support yourself while on your chosen rotation pattern.
What's on Offer
Salary upto €100,000 DOE
€265 euros per week allowance (net)
Discretionary bonus scheme between 5-20% of salary paid in March – this is dependent on project performance
Flights covered
3 and 5 week rotation options
Single occupancy accommodation (furnished apartment) or 21000 SEK per month (equivalent to €1900) towards accommodation
Shared vehicle use to get to site
24 days annual leave pro rata. This will increase to 30 days once the employee has worked one full year as at 31 March.

Support the commercial and contractual management of the project.
Assist with budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
Support subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.
Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
Work closely with Project Managers, Package Managers and site teams.
Manage commercial and contractual documentation.
Attend commercial, site and project review meetings.
Support change control and variation management.
Prepare interim valuations and applications for payment.
Provide commercial support and advice to the project team.
Assist with financial reporting and resolution of commercial issues.About You
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
3–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
Experience supporting the commercial delivery of construction projects.
Good understanding of cost control, procurement and contract administration.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
