Tradewind Recruitment is working with a primary school in the heart of Hampstead to recruit a talented Key Stage 2 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September 2026. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role
The successful KS2 Teacher will:
Take full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class
Deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress effectively
Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive excellent outcomes
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staffThe specific year group will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and school requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has recent experience teaching within KS2
Demonstrates excellent classroom management
Has high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Is passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Works effectively as part of a team
Is committed to ongoing professional developmentApplications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
