What You'll Be Doing:
* You'll provide tailored support for children with SEN, guiding them through their individual learning plans and helping them stay engaged in lessons.
* Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions focused on improving literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
* Work alongside experienced teachers to modify and adapt lessons to meet the specific needs of children.
* Be a positive role model, helping children navigate both academic challenges and social interactions.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with SEN children, ideally in a school setting.
* A proactive, caring approach with the ability to motivate and support children.
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning, or a similar qualification.
* A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
