We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Fabricator Welder to join a well-established and busy engineering company based in Abingdon (OX14).
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of work, offering varied projects (small batch and one-off fabrications – not repetitive production work).

What You’ll Be Doing
* MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel structures
* Working from engineering drawings
* Fabricating small batch and bespoke components
* General workshop and assembly work
* Maintaining high quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience as a Fabricator Welder
* Strong MIG welding experience (essential)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good work ethic, reliable and punctual
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
* TIG welding (stainless steel/aluminium)
* Experience with pressing, rolling, shearing
* Forklift licence
* Coded welding certification
