Our client is looking to appoint a permanent Conveyancing Paralegal to join their award-winning organisation.
About the Role:
Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking to step into a new and exciting opportunity? You'll take ownership of a varied caseload, managing plot sales and part-exchange transactions from instruction through to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of ongoing developments and business targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing plot sale transactions end-to-end, including issuing contracts, handling title observations, concluding missives, and legal completion
Overseeing part-exchange transactions, including title examination, legal reports, and completions
Preparing and submitting LBTT returns and Land Register applications
Handling onward sales of part-exchange properties from instruction to completion
Coordinating with Sales, Development, and Technical teams to monitor and report on progress
Attending regular progress meetings and supporting business targets for exchanges and completions
Managing non-routine queries and ensuring excellent stakeholder communication
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in residential conveyancing / property law (private practice or in-house)
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to workload management
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, flexible, and keen to take on increased responsibility
Strong IT and administrative skills, including document and case management systems
