Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Electrical Contracts or Operations Manager to lead and oversee electrical contracting projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success while maintaining excellent communication and organizational flow. Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical construction contracts, ensuring all project milestones are achieved efficiently.
* Manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
* Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable conditions while fostering strong professional relationships.
* Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and services necessary for electrical installations.
* Supervise project teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
* Maintain detailed project documentation using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication purposes.
* Monitor project budgets and timelines meticulously through effective time management and organizational skills.
* Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Experience
* Proven experience managing electrical construction projects within the construction industry or related fields.
* Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and resolve issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project; familiarity with construction management tools is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
* Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
* Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
