We are looking for a reliable and organised Postal Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of our busy customer service and fulfilment environment. This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys accurate, focused administrative work and takes pride in getting the details right.
This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.

Salary: £12.87 Per Hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 11am - 17.30pm (6.5 Hours with 30 mins for lunch)

Key Responsibilities of Postal Administrator:
Managing the daily post room operation, including receiving, sorting and organising incoming customer mail.
Opening and preparing postal orders and correspondence for processing.
Accurately entering customer orders and information into our order management systems.
Checking order details carefully to ensure information has been captured correctly.
Identifying incomplete or unclear information and escalating queries where necessary.
Organising and maintaining paperwork to ensure orders can be tracked and processed efficiently.
Supporting the wider Customer Service team with general administration when required.
Key Skills and Experience of Postal Administrator:
Strong data-entry and keyboard skills, with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Good organisation and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new processes.
Able to work independently while also contributing to a wider team.
A dependable, methodical approach and commitment to completing work accurately and productively.
