The Role
This is a customer-focused, consultative sales position where you'll manage enquiries from start to finish and become a trusted point of contact throughout the customer journey.
No two days are the same. You'll be speaking with customers, discussing products and solutions, coordinating with suppliers and third parties, negotiating costs, managing orders, and ensuring everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Unlike many sales roles, you'll see the entire customer life-cycle from the initial enquiry right through to successful completion, giving you real ownership and satisfaction in the work you do.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and services
* Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service
* Identifying opportunities to up-sell and add value where appropriate
* Liaising with suppliers and third-party partners to coordinate deliveries and services
* Negotiating pricing and securing the best outcomes for customers and the business
* Managing orders from enquiry through to completion
* Resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process
* Working collaboratively within a busy and supportive team environment
