Responsibilities of the Maintenance Fabric Technician
* Daily inspection of lighting
* Replacing Lamps
* Carrying out PPM’s
* Escorting visiting contractors around the building
* Basic plumbing tasks, attending to leaks and blockages.
* Repairs to Fabric of the building
About You as the Maintenance Fabric Technician
* Good all-round Fabric Technician skills and practical minded
* Familiar with using hand tools and basic power tools.
* If you had some electrical, plumbing, carpentry or decorating skills that would be great.
* Experienced Fabric Technician with Mechanical or Electrical plant and equipment would be perfect.
* Ability to drive.
This is a busy commercial facility, lots to keep a Fabric Technician involved and there is a full resident engineering team put in place with full management backup and administrative support.
The hours are 07:00 – 16:00
