The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working hybrid or in the office, the Chester Head Office is based in the city centre in a stunning location. Responsibilities and duties:-
* Provide administrative support to members of the Commercial team, including Commercial Director, Commercial Manager
* Ensure the efficient delivery of agreed supply and service arrangements
* Pursue, secure and implement improvements in the supplies and services required by the company
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the provision and implementation of supplies and services to meet the requirements of the business
* Identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement options
* Manage membership and the renewals process
* Manage the company car scheme - orders, car hire, insurance, fines, etc.
* Support Commercial Executive colleague in the delivery of selected services as required
* Manage all aspects of the retail process, new products, stockists, price lists, etc.
* Help develop, communicate and manage activities agreed with key stakeholders and the Commercial department leadership
* Identify, propose and deliver initiatives to support colleagues
Skills and experience:-
* Recent graduate, with a degree in Business Studies or similar
* At least 1 year’s experience in an office administration role
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to verbally present information to senior Managers and stakeholders
* Strong IT skills particularly in MS Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
* Highly organised
* Proactive and progressive
* Pay close attention to detail – a completer finisher
