We are working with an automotive client in Motherwell who are looking for an Automotive Technical Trainer to join their training team on a full-time and permanent basis.
The job role would consist of:
-Delivering automotive technology training courses
-Assisting with the development, construction and maintenance of the training syllabus and the individual course content, ensuring appropriateness, attractiveness and technical accuracy throughout.
-Developing training solutions across multiple platforms (virtual classroom, video, face to face and others)
The starting salary for the role is circa £40,000 p/a, and the package would include a minimum of 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays), rising to 28 days with 5 years length of service.
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-an in-depth knowledge of motor vehicle technology, service and repair techniques
-a passion for passing on your automotive knowledge
