Job Title: Head Chef

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses
Hours: Predominantly daytime hours with the latest finish around 8pm

As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen, leading the brigade while continually evolving the food offering.
You'll be responsible for:
Creating and developing fresh, seasonal menus
Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
Delivering high-quality food across daily service, events, and functions
Managing food costings, GP, stock control, and kitchen budgets
Building strong relationships with local suppliers and sourcing quality produce
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, HACCP, and Health & Safety standards
Driving consistency, creativity, and operational excellence throughout the kitchenWhat we're looking for
Previous experience as a Head Chef or an accomplished Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong fresh food background with a passion for seasonal cooking
Proven menu development and costing experience
Commercial awareness with excellent GP and stock management skills
A calm, positive leadership style that brings the best out of the team
Someone with the drive and ambition to continually improve and grow the food offering
