Our client, a vibrant organisation within the Media, Entertainment, Arts & Culture industry, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for a temporary role based in White City, London.
Location: White City, London (Fully Office-Based)
Contract Type: Temporary until March 2027
Pay: £14.80 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm and professional reception service.
Greet visitors with a smile and direct them to the appropriate areas.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries with confidence.
Handle visitor sign-in procedures seamlessly.
Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area that reflects our client's vibrant culture.
Support general office duties as needed.Working Pattern:
35 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across Monday to Sunday.
Weekend working is required, including Saturdays.
Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed.About You:
Previous Reception or Front of House experience.
Excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills.
A professional presentation and a confident, approachable manner.
Reliability and punctuality are key!
Comfort with working weekends and a flexible shift pattern.
Immediate availability to start-no notice periods, please!
Commitment to the assignment through to March 2027.
