The Role:
* Managing and developing relationships with clients across German-speaking regions
* Conducting sales conversations in both German and English
* Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
* Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial documentation
* Managing the sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
* Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and reporting on activity
About You:
* Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
* Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management or customer-facing role
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
