Sales Executive – Mandarin
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 basic + uncapped commission
Realistic OTE:
Year 1: £32,000 – £34,000+
Year 2: £36,000+
Year 3: £40,000+
Mandarin-Speaking Candidate Required
Fluent Mandarin speaking ability is an essential requirement for this role. You will be communicating with international clients and prospects, including clients across Mandarin-speaking markets, so the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in Mandarin is essential.

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for driven individuals to join a high-performance, international sales environment.
Mandarin-speaking ability is essential, alongside strong communication skills and a commercial approach to sales.

You will be selling a portfolio of products including awards entries and print/digital media advertising.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive - Mandarin:
* Engage with international prospects, introducing the International Property Awards, International Hotel Awards, and related products
* Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects, building strong commercial relationships
* Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients
* Build and manage a pipeline of global clients across multiple sectors
* Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business year-on-year
* Represent the company’s brand and maintain high standards of client communication
What We’re Looking For – Sales Executive – Mandarin:
* Fluent Mandarin speaking ability – essential
* Sales experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with a commercial mindset
* Self-motivated and resilient
* Professional telephone manner and strong written English
* Willingness to work flexibly across international time zones
* Hospitality/property industry knowledge is beneficial but not required
