Dynamite Recruitment is supportiing a well establishedorganisaton in ther search for an experienced property Sales Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the sales journey for a portfolio of high-quality new homes, supporting customers from their initial enquiry through to legal completion.

You'll be responsible for managing the sale of a portfolio of new homes across Shared Ownership and Market Sale developments, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while delivering agreed sales targets.
As a Property Sales Executive
Managing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion
Conducting property viewings and guiding customers through their purchase journey
Converting enquiries into successful sales
Building strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, developers and other key stakeholders
Processing applications and ensuring compliance with affordability assessments and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
Providing expert advice throughout the buying journey
Working closely with development teams to maintain accurate property information
Attending development and project meetings
Maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring compliance throughout the sales process
Carrying out monthly inspections of vacant properties
Supporting colleagues across the wider sales team when required What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is passionate about property and delivering excellent customer service.
You'll have:
Experience within new build property sales or housing sales
Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or affordable home ownership schemes
Understanding of mortgages, conveyancing and the house buying process
Experience managing new build developments
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Experience carrying out market research and competitor analysis
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between developments You'll also be someone who...
